Anka Pintar
NGO Director
For me it was a big experiment and kind of a proof:
What people can accomplish together and how we can connect and follow common paths and goals.
How making a safe space and making people feel accepted and free to express themselves can make almost miracles.
I was really impressed with how we became a small sharing and caring learning community in just few days.
How playfulness and movement and physical activity help me stay focused and more open to learn and experience and participate!
Bella Magyarosi
Outdoor education Trainer
In my professional life I can adapt better to my needs of the group with whom I work, I can make myself more understandable. In my personal life, I decided to make the steps I postponed for long time, talking with family and give support instead of avoiding uncomfortable situations.
Luísa Vasconcelos
Coach & Trainer
A renewed view and awareness of myself and a new connection between mind, body and soul.
A promise to maintain this reconnection in the present and in the future.

It was a magical training.

I do recommend it.
Juliana Ferraz
Actress & Psychology Student
One of the major lessons I took out of this training was on learning how to feel, allowing myself to go through my feelings, and letting them flow.

I also got out a more assertive person (or at least try to) conveying my message a lot more precisely and more conscious of my communication manners and necessities.

I understood that I can be more coherent in this duality of body and speech, expressing myself through vocals, but also through my whole body.

Lastly, I got out gratitude, for choosing to take part in such an inspiring training with such amazing people, that inspire me to do more and more and more and more and more.
Cecilia Nyame
Gender Advocacy Officer
I learned to be true to myself and connect with others.
And in professional life I have made changes to my communications skills being verbal and non verbal.
Celia Santa Puche
Social Worker
I got tools to improve my communication and do, it more effective, as well as discovering how important my body is in that process. Also I got magical connections with people and funny moments. And a save place to be who I am and share everything I wanted with other people. And last, I had the opportunity to understand better the person I am.
Elora Gimbaud
Youth Worker
In my working life I think I now know better how to use my voice in order to give the message I want to express and to give the impression I want to show. In my personal life I believe that I'm better listener and better at expressing peacefully my thoughts and ideas.
